How We Coach

Kids pick their own teams and officiate their own games. Three-team formats mean nobody sits on a bench. Our youngest players run obstacle courses as the game. Scores only matter for the older groups. The goal is simple: cut the roughly 70% youth sports dropout rate by keeping kids playing.
