The draft spreads experience across every roster, which means the newer players get someone to learn from and the veterans get to help. Nobody's stuck on a stacked team, and nobody's stuck on a team that gets run-ruled every week.

Our weekly Kids Rule the Sports program features age appropriate lessons with a rotating lineup of flag football, basketball, baseball, and soccer, with activities tailored to the season. Players build skills through our play based drills disguised as games in a safe, encouraging environment designed for all experience levels.
With our character development& motor skill tools we will review a word of the day which we implement into each lesson.

Get ready to jump, cheer, and shine! Our weekly Cheer Program for ages 4–6 introduces young athletes to the exciting world of cheerleading in a fun, positive, and age-appropriate environment. Participants will learn basic cheer techniques, motions, tumbling fundamentals, dance routines, music coordination, and so much more! Through engaging activities and energetic instruction, children build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and friendships while having a blast every week. No experience is necessary—just bring your smile and spirit!
